About
Narrow on purpose.
RLS Enterprises 1 buys and sells laundromat and vending machines. Not equipment in general, not a little of everything. Laundromat equipment and vending machines, which means when you call, you are talking to someone who is looking at the same kind of machine you are.
The business exists because that equipment changes hands constantly and the process is usually worse than it needs to be. Owners closing a store cannot find anyone to haul it. Someone opening one cannot tell if a used machine is a bargain or a problem. A single person with a garage full of dryers has no idea where to start. We buy what people are done with and sell it to people who need it, and we try to be straight about condition in both directions.
It is run by Lenard Sapp. The person who answers the phone is the person who comes out to look at the machines and the person who loads them. There is no call center and no sales floor, which is why we would rather you call than fill in a form.
If we cannot help, we will say so. That is a shorter conversation than the one where we waste your afternoon.

How we work.
We answer the phone
A call or a text gets a real reply. If a question needs time, we say when we will come back to you.
We look before we price
For anything more than a single machine, we want to see it. A number given over the phone without looking is a guess, and it usually changes.
One agreed price
Once we land on a number, that is the number. The pickup and the hauling are part of the deal, not an extra.

Equally at home
with vending.
The vending side runs on the same idea. A machine that is not being used is dead square footage. We buy those, and we sell machines to people who have a spot with enough foot traffic to make one worth having.
